Claus & Effect LLC was always intended to be a one-man-show, because I (Sam Claus) am unsure about how I feel regarding managing employees and whether employer-employee relationships are even a healthy social construct, in my ideal world.
Essentially I just formed an LLC to look more "credible" when applying to government contracts. I put in a lot of work, and still no contracts were had. I also hated managing an LLC website separately from my own personal website. It was a lot of tedium for nothing. Well, not for nothing. I now know I definitely do not care for running a company.
